Empowering Hawai‘i’s Youth with Knowledge, Mentorship, and Opportunity

Business Youth Academy was created for one purpose: to equip young people—especially those ages 14 to 20—with the tools, training, and support they need to build a successful and self-sustaining life.

Through a blend of business education, entrepreneurship training, and essential life skills, we provide real-world learning experiences that help youth in Hawai‘i grow both personally and professionally. In partnership with Hawai‘i Job Academy and other community-minded organizations, our goal is to offer a safe, structured, and encouraging space—particularly for those who are at risk or underserved.

Why We Exist

This Academy is more than a program—it’s a mission built from lived experience and deep-rooted passion. After years of mentoring and empowering women, our founder, Kaycie Parks, recognized the urgent need to extend that same guidance to our youth. The support and direction we once wished we had is now being offered to the next generation.

We're building a future where every young person in Hawai‘i has access to opportunity, mentorship, and community—a place where they are seen, heard, and equipped to thrive.

Our vision is to establish a physical learning hub: a welcoming space filled with mentors, workshops, and pathways to economic independence. With the help of incredible partners and a growing community of supporters, we’re just getting started.
